Jay Malamphy has a broad based real estate background consisting of over 20 years experience in various development, acquisition, asset management, brokerage, and project management positions. For the past 11 years, Jay was responsible for property acquisition, financial modeling, due diligence, entitlements, marketing, and sales for Gulf Coast Development Group, LLC.
Some notable projects that Jay has participated include: Villas Torino, a 6-unit luxury condominium project in Olde Naples; Bella Baia, a 12-unit luxury condominium on Gulf Shore Blvd. N.; Tamiami Square, an office and retail project on Tamiami Trail N.; Lemuria, a 72-unit condominium project on Goodlette Road; and Naples Reserve, a planned unit development of 1,154 units on 688 acres in east Naples.
In addition to Gulf Coast, Jay was the managing member of Venture Properties of Naples, LLC, a real estate consulting company specializing in working with brokers and principals to acquire select beach and bay front properties in Naples, FL. Jay holds a real estate brokers license and with ReMax, is currently focused on commercial and residential properties, which offer sound investment potential and value in the recovering Naples market.
Jay holds an MS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MBA from the University of Bridgeport, and a BS from Eckerd College. He attended high school at Fairfield Prep in Fairfield, CT.
